I am proud to announce our 3 Day Coronavirus Challenge Virtual Retreat from Fri April 24th to Sun 26th. This loving heart-centered space will allow you to let go of the negativity of the news, and instead dive deep into your inner-sanctuary of peace, to recharge and refresh yourselfOur weekend together will feature new longer guided meditations that help us to release difficult emotions. We will also have self-reflection workshops, opportunity to ask questions, some expert interviews, as well as even some fun live entertainment! There will also be opportunities to connect with others on the retreat, with a real sense of community. So you won’t feel like you are alone, and that we are in this together. We are pleased to announce our 3 Day Virtual Retreat, to help us all deal with anxiety about the current Coronavirus Pandemic.

Come join us for 3 Days of mindfulness, heart-centered connection, support for anxiety and grief with surprising new tools and loads of love,

This loving retreat will be a peaceful refuge from the world, and an opportunity to dive deep into your personal reservoirs for inner peace. We also tune in as a community into our own mental, emotional, and physical healing.

We offer plenty of time for rest and reflection, or to touch in with family in support of your overall well-being and lifestyle, so that you never feel over-stretched. There is also flexibility throughout the retreat as needed. You will leave the retreat feeling serene, rejuvenated and rebalanced, with new skills and capacity for resilience, as you’re ready to move forward through the remaining phases of this experience with grace.

We will be using a secure Zoom platform for the retreat. Although we will be encouraging people to activate their cameras at some points during the retreat, there is no obligation to participate and you can simply enjoy the retreat without actively having your camera or microphone on.

What are the timings of the virtual retreat?

The retreat will run over 3 days from Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April, on the following times. All times are EST – USA East Coast timings (New York). Please check the times for your local area. The Retreat will start at 2pm UK time, 3pm EU

As well as working on big-budget Hollywood Movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, Naomie Harris continues to choose challenging and exciting roles in smaller and more diverse films such as The First Grader. London-born Naomie graduated with honours from Cambridge University in 1998 with a degree in social and political science. She went on to train at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and had her first major acting breakthrough in 2002 with Danny Boyle’s zombie horror film 28 Days Later. She went on to receive further international recognition and critical acclaim in her role as Tia Dalma in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s End. Other major feature film credits include Michael Mann’s Miami Vice, Michael Winterbottom’s A Cock and Bull Story, and Street Kings with Keanu Reeves and Forrest Whittaker.

Ione Butler actress, host, voice-over artist, speaker, entrepreneur and founder of Uplifting Content

Join us as Ione shares her battle with depression and reveals her insights on what she believes can help sufferers and their loved ones through this tumultuous time. This will be followed by an illuminating Q & A session where you can ask Ione your most burning questions,

Ione is a British actress, host, voice-over artist, speaker, entrepreneur and founder of Uplifting Content, a digital media platform followed by over 1.4 million people around the world. Based in Los Angeles, Ione can often be found travelling for work or fun.

She is the co-founder of Uplifting Content, a media platform where "we create and share uplifting content with a message, because the world needs more of it."

Frances Goodall, Gupta Coach and Trainer, EFT Trainer, Internal Family Systems and NLP Practitioner

Frances will present on the energetics of wellness, and will run an experiential workshop including practices from Energy Medicine, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and some gentle movement, to support your emotional and physical wellness at this time.

Frances draws on over sixteen years of training and experience in the area of health and wellbeing, and personal and spiritual development. Her work is influenced from her own experience of healing from CFS/ME 2001-2006, a spiritual crisis 2005-2007 and a decade helping others to heal from chronic illnesses as a bodyworker, Gupta coach and psychology practitioner. Frances is passionate about helping others to achieve their health goals and to awaken to their true potential as they physically heal. Since her health recovery, Frances has run half-marathons, travelled and developed her practice to be able to support her family. She now lives with her son in Sheffield. Frances is also the co-founder of Women’s Wellness Circle, which offers support for women healing from chronic illnesses.

Melisa Noel, Consultant, Speaker and Therapist

Melisa co-produced the Meaning of Life Experiment and the production of the Gupta Program.

She is a gifted speaker and consultant, with a special interest in self-compassion which she will be sharing with us on the retreat.

She is the inventor of NRM, which is a non-clinical approach to supporting and catalyzing our Natural Reassociation Process (NRP).

Prash will draw principles from various mindset and management disciplines, to share insights on improving our structure and routine, for better productivity and wellbeing, combined with a Live interactive, immersive mantra/music therapy and rejuvenating experience to leave you in an elevated state of relaxation, calm, focus and bliss!

Like many people, I was of the belief that I could not sing and so avoided going anywhere where I might be exposed to being heard in this way. That was until I visited The Findhorn Spiritual Community in 2012.

It was there that I discovered harmonies and was drawn to singing, although at that time I would hide in the Bass section where I felt I could not be heard. But I felt the beauty of the harmonies was important, so I kept going back to Findhorn to experience something that was opening my heart to song.

After that I met a number of teachers, I found my voice and my inhibitions started falling away.

Later, through the passion that was arising when singing and other deeper emotions were allowed to flow, I started hearing how the harmonies fit together in my body.

And finally, in 2017, I could no longer hold all the beauty inside and started teaching the incredible harmonies that had, and continue to touch me on such a deep level.

I believe that singing is everyone’s birthright, regardless of musical experience or ability.

You are invited to wake up your body and calm your nervous system with some gentle yoga each morning.
Heather has been teaching yoga for 25 years, specialising in restorative practices as an avenue to addressing over stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system.
Inspired by her recovery from three decades of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome she has now been coaching in the Gupta Program for 8 years.
This class will come to you from her home in Canberra, Australia.
